Consent to be named and acknowledged as a supporter

As a token of appreciation for your voluntary support of my violin-making project, I offer supporters the opportunity to be personally named and commemorated within the instrument. Participation is voluntary and not a requirement for providing support.

Declaration of consent

I expressly consent to my name as stated above being used solely as a token of appreciation for my voluntary support, and being permanently recorded inside the violin as well as on an accompanying sheet of the certificate of authenticity.

I am aware that:

this does not constitute any consideration in return for my donation,
there is no entitlement to a specific placement or form of execution,
for technical or design reasons, it cannot be guaranteed that all names will remain permanently visible or legible,
Images of the violin featuring the inscribed names may be used for project and public relations purposes (e.g., on the website or social media) to showcase and promote the crowdfunding project as well as the resulting crowdfunding violin,
the names will be obscured where possible, but it cannot be completely ruled out that individual names may be legible,
the use is exclusively in connection with the presentation of the project and is not intended to individually highlight any specific supporter,
I can revoke this consent at any time by email, as long as the instrument has not yet been completed.
