What is Crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a way to bring a project or initiative to life through the support of many people. Many contribute small amounts to collectively reach a goal. As a token of thanks, supporters often receive special perks or exclusive insights into the project.
What is this project all about?
I am building a handcrafted master violin and want to make it available to a talented musician who would otherwise not be able to afford such an instrument. The funding is made possible collectively through many small contributions.
How can I support the project?
You can support the project starting from €5. Every contribution helps make the construction of the violin and all the organizational steps around the project possible.
Donations are made through the crowdfunding page, where you can view all important information and track the project’s progress at any time.
Here you can make your contribution directly:

Yes, that’s possible.
Just get in touch with me directly – you’ll of course receive a receipt,
and I’ll add your contribution online afterwards so that the total amount is displayed correctly. Can I contribute multiple shares or higher amounts?
Yes, of course! You are welcome to contribute multiple shares of €5 each or choose any higher amount – every contribution counts.
Why should I support this project?
Because you are directly helping a talented musician gain access to a high-quality instrument they otherwise could not afford.
You help connect music and craftsmanship in a special way – and become part of this story yourself. All supporters can choose whether to be named or remain anonymous.
Who can apply for this violin?
The violin is intended for talented musicians who have a high artistic level but cannot afford a high-quality instrument.
Eligible applicants
Violinists of all ages (Note: The violin is full-size, 4/4)Students at music conservatories or talented young musicians
Musicians who will play the violin regularly and can use it for performances, rehearsals, or teaching.
Application Process
Phase 1 – Audio Recording:
Interested musicians submit an audio recording of the selected piece. This ensures that the initial selection is based purely on skill and talent.Phase 2 – Video & Motivation:
The piece from Phase 1 is now confirmed through a video. Additionally, two more musical pieces must be submitted via video. A short motivation letter should also be submitted, which briefly addresses, among other things, the financial situation. This should also include a personal story, such as the musical journey, previous achievements, or particular challenges. How can I apply?
The application form will be made available once 50% of the crowdfunding goal has been reached.
When will the violin be completed?
The construction of the violin takes place in several consecutive stages and depends on the progress of the funding. As soon as the necessary funds for a stage are available, it is carried out. In this way, the violin is built step by step until it is fully playable.
